About The Dwelling Place
Goldie Dobak is the owner of The Dwelling Place. Goldie is a licensed real estate broker and has been licensed since 1979 and has been very active in both real estate sales and management since 1979. Neona Nicholl is a licensed property manager & joined The Dwelling Place in July 2009 & is very active in every aspect of the business. She began working in the real estate industry in 2001 as a licensed real estate assistant & salesperson and brings a deep appreciation for the investment you have in your property. We are currently managing 100+ units, including multiple HOAs and Co-ops.
